BROWNWOOD, Texas - The Howard Payne softball team easily defeated the visiting Schreiner Lady Mountaineers 7-2, 4-0 on Sunday at Jacket Field.

The Lady Jackets inproved to 19-5, 8-2 in the ASC, while Schreiner falls to 6-21, 3-11 in the ASC.
