HPU Falls Short At UT-Dallas

RICHARDSON, Texas - The Howard Payne Lady Jackets drop an American Southwest Conference match to the University of Texas - Texas 0-4 Saturday afternoon.

Howard Payne was outshot in the game 7-19 by UT-Dallas and 4 to 12 shots on goal.

Only holding a 0-1 halftime advantage, UT-Dallas got thier goals in the 21st, 53rd, 73rd, and 78th minutes of the game.

Rachael Hardegree played all 90 minutes in the game and recorded 8 saves.

Howard Payne falls to 6-6-0 overall, 5-3-0 ASC, while UT-Dallas improves to 7-3-3 overall and 5-1-1 ASC.

The Lady Jackets will play next on Tuesday on home versus Huston-Tillotson University at Citizens National Bank Field.
