BROWNWOOD, Texas - The Lady Jacket tennis team defeated Schreiner University 8-1 in American Southwest Conference action at the Nabers Tennis Center Tuesday afternoon.

The win clinched an American Southwest Conference playoff spot for the Lady Jackets. "We struggled in places, but managed to keep our focus and come out with a decisive win," said head coach Sally Brown. "The ladies seem to be peaking at the right time."
