Volleyball Picked To Finish 5th

BROWNWOOD, Texas - The Howard Payne Lady Jacket Volleyball team was picked to finish 5th in the American Southwest Conference West Division it was announced by the ASC office on Monday after a vote of each division's head coaches and sports information directors.

Howard Payne was picked in the 5th spot between Schreiner and Concordia Texas. HPU finished 16-13 overall last season, their first winning season since 2001. With a solid core group coming back and recruiting class the Lady Jackets look to battle for one of the three American Southwest Conference West Division playoff spots.
