Lady Jackets Lose To DBU

DALLAS, Texas - The Howard Payne women's tennis team fell 9-0 to NCAA D-II Dallas Baptist University in a non-conference match Wednesday afternoon.

The doubles matches to start the day were competitive but the Howard Payne women were unable to take a set from Dallas Baptist during the singles action to follow.

The Lady Jackets are now 2-9 overall while Dallas Baptist stands at 10-6 on the season. Howard Payne will return to conference action with a home match versus Schreiner University on April 5th at the Nabers Tennis Center.
