Lady Jackets Tennis Falls To Schreiner

BROWNWOOD, Texas – The Howard Payne women's tennis team fell to Schreiner University 9-0 Friday afternoon at the Nabers Tennis Center.

The Lady Jackets dropped the doubles matches 8-4, 8-3 and 8-3. Howard Payne would not be able to pick up any singles points and gave up the number four and six singles matches due to injury.

Howard Payne is now 3-6 overall and 1-1 in conference. The Lady Jackets will take on the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor on Saturday at home starting at 11:00 am.
