WTENN Loses To Schreiner

KERRVILLE, Texas - The Howard Payne women's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to Schreiner University in non-conference action Saturday afternoon.

Results

After dropping the number one and two doubles matches 8-2 and 8-0, Tiffany Bullock and Devin Mendelson fell 8-3 in the number three doubles spot.

It was the number four singles spot that the Lady Jackets were most competative in, 4. Whitney Turnacliff would fall 6-3, 6-4 to Kelsie Buczkowski of Schreiner.

Howard Payne is now 0-4 overall and Schreiner improves to 5-1 on the year. The Lady Jackets will play next on Thursday, Feb. 27th versus Texas Lutheran University at the Nabers Tennis Center.
