Men's Tennis Finishes Season With 9-0 Loss

ABILENE, Texas - The Howard Payne men's tennis team fell 9-0 in the season finale to Hardin-Simmons University Friday afternoon at the Streich Tennis Center.

Howard Payne dropped the doubles matches 8-1, 8-2 and 8-2. The Jackets would lose all the singles matches in straight sets.

Will Thomas was the most competative for HPU falling 6-1, 6-4 in number one singles play.

The Yellow Jackets finish the season at 2-13 overall and 2-8 in conference, Hardin-Simmons stands at 8-9 overall and 5-3 in league play.
