RICHARDSON, Texas - The Howard Payne University men's tennis team finished its 2018-2019 season with a 9-0 loss at the University of Texas at Dallas Thursday afternoon.

After dropping the number one double point 8-0 the Yellow Jackets would play tougher in number two doubles action. Dominic Denardo and Tevin Stevens fell 8-3 in number two spot.

Howard Payne did fall in all the singles points in straight sets with Rodolfo Perez playing the toughest in number three singles play, losing 6-2, 6-1.

Playing a man down, Howard Payne would drop the number three doubles and the number six singles points by forfeit.

Howard Payne finishes the season 1-15 overall and 0-6 in American Southwest Conference play.
