SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The Howard Payne University men's tennis team finished up its road trip with 7-0 loses to St. Mary's University and Our Lady of the Lake University this Sunday.
St Mary's Match
The Jackets dropped all three doubles points withÂ
Micah Hunter and
Tevin Stevens playing best in number three falling 6-3.
Unfortunitly, the Jackets dropped all singles points in straight sets in the 7-0 final.
Our Lady of the Lake Match
It was another tough outing for the Jackets falling 7-0 in the end.
HPU dropped the doubles points 6-0, 6-2, and 6-1 and fell in straight sets in the singles points.
Howard Payne is now 3-8 overall and will play next on March 20th versus LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas at 1:00 pm.
