BROWNWOOD, TEXAS – The Howard Payne University women's tennis team fell 0-9 against Hardin Simmons University on Saturday.

Lexie Nave and Zoe Sprayberry fell 0-8 against Kaitlyn Hathorn and Lauren Schaeffer in number one doubles.

In number one singles, Lexie Nave fell to Kaitlyn Hathorn 0-6, 2-6. In number five singles, Trinity Johnson fell to Taja Lawrence 1-6, 0-6.

The Lady Jackets are now 0-10 on the season. The Lady Jackets will play again on Wednesday, March 21st at 2:00 p.m. versus the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor
