BROWNWOOD, TEXAS – The Howard Payne University men's tennis team fell 4-5 against University of Mary Hardin-Baylor on Wednesday.
 
Hunter Green and Micah Hunter defeated opponents Mark Vinson and Thomas Knightstep 8-4 in number two doubles. Landon Ferree and Ashton Stevens dominated in number three doubles, defeating opponents Bret Irby and Ty Marshall 8-6.
 
Ashton Stevens defeated Bret Irby 7-5, 6-4 in number three singles. Dominic DeNardo won against Mark Vinson 4-6, 6-3(6-0) in number four singles.
 
The Yellow Jackets are now 0-11 on the season. The Jackets will play again on Saturday, April 10^th at 2:00 p.m. versus the Concordia University in Austin, Texas.
