Emily Williamson With Ten Saves in HSU Match

ABILENE, Texas- The Howard Payne University Yellow Jackets fell to Hardin-Simmons University 4-0 on the road this evening.
 
Emily Williamson was in goal all 90 minutes for this match. Williamson defended the goal with a personal best and season high of ten saves!
 
HPU took a total of four shots. Brenna Douthit led with two shot attempts, followed by Hannah Noel and Addie Carroll with one shot each. Hardin-Simmons University was able to get two goals in the first half and two in the second half.
 
This brings the Lady Jackets to 4-2-1 on the season. The Lady Jackets will compete again this Saturday, Sept. 24th, at 7:00 pm. They will play East Texas Baptist University in Forney, Texas!
