BROWNWOOD, Texas -- Howard Payne and Lyon ended in a 1-1 draw Saturday (Aug. 31) at home at Citizens National Bank Field.

The tie moved Howard Payne's record to 0-0-1 overall.

How it Happened

Howard Payne took a 1-0 lead when Anthony Herrera scored a goal in the seventh minute.

Lyon leveled the game on a goal from Joao Barros in the 76th minute. The 1-1 score held to the end of the game.
