MARSHALL, -- Howard Payne lost to East Texas Baptist 2-0 Thursday (Sept. 26) on the road at Cornish Field.

Howard Payne dropped to 0-5-3 overall and 0-1-0 in ASC play with the loss.

How it Happened

Howard Payne kept ETBU off the scoreboard in the first half before surrendering two goals the remainder of the game. Juan Ugalde led Howard Payne with four saves. The Yellow Jackets recorded 15 shots in the loss, five of them on goal. Howard Payne faced 23 East Tex. Baptist shots, eight of them on goal.
