2012-13- Ford saw action in 19 games and starting in one for the Jackets. He scored a career high 17 against Concordia along with three assists that game. He was named to the ASC All-West Division Freshman Team averaging 7.3 points per game off the bench for the Yellow Jackets. He shot 41% from behind the arc.

HS: Donovan is a 2012 graduate of Port Arthur Memorial High School in Port Arthur, Texas where he graduated as a co-enrollment graduate.  He lettered 3 years in basketball; one of those seasons was at Keller High School.  As a member of the Titan basketball team, he led the team to District, Bi-District and Area Championship crowns.  He earned All-District and All-Area honors.  Academically, he was a member of the National Honor Society, Top Teens of America and a member of the Youth Advisory Council. 

Personal: Donovan is a Communication major from Port Arthur, Texas.  He is the youngest son of Patrick and Sandra Castillo.  He has 2 older brothers with an older sister and a younger sister.
