2022: A Second Team All-Conference goal keeper, Flores started all 17 matches for the Yellow Jackets. He logged 1,502 minutes of playing time and recorded a total of 84 saves on the season, while only allowing 26 goals. Flores was named ASC Defensive Player of the Week two times this season. He also received CSC Academic All-District honors.

2021: An American Southwest Conference All-Conference Honorable mention selection, Eduardo started and played in nine games. He logged 813 minutes of action, made 45 saves, and recorded two wins. He had a season-high nine saves against Schreiner. Eduardo was names ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete Team and received ASC Academic All-Conference

2020-21: A 2nd Team All-Conference Goalkeeper, Flores started and played in six matches for the Yellow Jackets and was third in the American Southwest Conference in saves per game (4.33). He was named the ASC Player of the Week one time this season.

High School: A graduate of J. Frank Dobie High School in Houston, Texas. Flores was a two year letter winner for the soccer team.

Personal: Flores is the son of Francisco Flores and Ana Lozano. He is an Engineering Science major. Flores attended Paris Junior College before transferring to HPU.
