2023: Appearing in 16 games for HPU, Recendez logged 467 minutes of action. She scored one goal and earned one assist while taking 16 shots, five on frame.

2022: Appearing in all 17 matches, Recendez logged 644 minutes for the Lady Jackets with two goals and two assists.

2021: An all-conference honorable mention selection, Kate started in 17 of 18 matches for the Lady Jackets and logged 1,152 minutes of action. She finished the season second on the team in goals with five and third in assists with three. Kate had a hat-trick and an assist in the 4-1 victory over LeTourneau. Additionally, she scored the game-winner in the 1-0 victory against Belhaven. Kate was named ASC player of the week one time this season.  

Previous College: Kate attended Cisco College in Cisco, Texas, where she played soccer for two years.

Personal: Kate is the daughter of Mario Recendez and Isela Montoya and has three siblings. She is majoring in Kinesiology and aspires to be an athletic trainer and a coach.
