2023: A CSC Academic All-District selection, Cason Led the team and ASC in triples this season with six. Maddison also made nine appearances pitching for the Lady Jackets with nine strikeouts. She was an Academic All-Conference selection as well.

2022: Starting in 37 games for the Lady Jackets, Cason registered 20 hits, 14 runs scored, seven stolen bases, and nine RBI. She totaled 53 putouts and five assists as a fielder. Cason was an Academic All-Conference selection as well.

HS: Maddison played four years of varsity softball at Honey Grove High School is Honey Grove, Texas. In her time there, she was named First-Team All-District and received the Spark Award. She was a part of a team that placed second in district. Maddison also participated in tennis, basketball, track, FFA, Beta Club, and FCA.

Personal: Maddison is the daughter of Kim Cason and has two siblings. She is majoring in business and aspires to be a real estate agent.
