2022-23: A CSC Academic All-District selection, Angerstein Played in nine tournaments for the Yellow Jacket men's golf team. He had three top-20 finishes this season and recorded a season low-round of 73 at the American Southwest Conference Championships. Angerstein also received ASC Academic All-Conference.

2021-22: Playing in ten tournaments for the Yellow Jackets, Jake recorded a season-low round of 74 at the West Regional Invitational. His best finish of the year came at the Crusader Invitational ending 21^st out of a field of 85. He was also named ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete Team and received ASC Academic All-Conference.

2020-21: Playing in 10 tournaments for the Yellow Jackets, Jake finished the season with a scoring average of 79.5. His best finish was T-7 at the Linda Lowery Invitational (70-76). He shot a season-low 70 in the opening round of the Linda Lowery Invitational. 

2019-20: Played in six tournaments for the Yellow Jackets averaging 77.50 per round. He posted a low round of 72 on the year with one top 15 finish at The Preview.

High School: A 2019 Graduate from Early High School in Early, Texas. Angerstein played all four years on the varsity golf team as well as playing basketball. Angerstein was a three-time State qualifier, two-time top five placement in the State golf tournament, and received Academic All State.

Personal: Angerstein is the son of Jason and Diana Angerstein and has two siblings. He is a Business Administration major.
