High School: A 2019 graduate from Lampasas High School in Lampasas, Texas. Boykin played two years on the varsity soccer team. In 2018 he received Honorable Mention All-District, and Academic All-District. In 2019 he received District midfielder of the year, second team All Region, Academic All State, first team All-District, and Academic All District. As a team, Lampasas HS soccer were two-time bi-district playoff qualifiers.

High School Activities: Boykin was involved in Student Council, Link Crew, Lampasas National Honor Society, and attended New Covenant Church youth group.

Personal: Boykin is the son of Scott and Kelly Boykin and has one sibling. In 2018, Boykin and his club team were third in the state in the 2018 Presidents Cup, regional qualifiers, and the 2018-19 WDDOA Prime League Champions. He is a Newman Honors Academy student and Biology major.
