2019: Was named 3rd Team All-Conference as a defender. Thomas started in 17 of 18 matches for the Jackets, Carte anchored the HPU defensive unit posting the second most minutes played on the team with 1,470. He excelled in the classroom being named Academic All-Conference and honored with a position on the ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete Team. He is also a member of HPU's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

2018: Started in 10 of 11 matches played in for the Jackets. Played 976 total minutes in the HPU defensive group. Was named academic All-Conference.

2017: Carte played in all 14 matches the Yellow Jackets played this season,starting in 13 matches, logging a total of 1,173 minutes played.  
HS: A 2017 graduate from J Frank Dobie high school in Pasadena, Texas. Where he ran one year of varsity cross country and two years of soccer, receiving 1^st Team All- District his senior year.

Personal: Carte is the son of Thomas Carte Jr. and Lori Carte, along with having two siblings.  He will be majoring in Business Administration.
