2022-23: Appearing in 23 games for the Lady Jackets, Welsh scored 119 points, 72 rebounds, and 39 assists. She also led the team in three-point percentage shooting 30% from behind the arc. Welsch received Academic All-Conference as well.

HS: A graduate of Valley Mills HS in Valley Mills, Texas, Brenna was a multiple All-District selection, named District MVP, an All-Region selection, and a 2nd Team All-State Team member her senior year. She led her team to four consecutive playoff appearances and a District Championship her senior year. Her AAU team, Waco Lady Panthers, were two-time National Champions. She also excelled in the classroom being named Academic All-District for four straight seasons.

Personal: She is the daughter of Crystal and Ryan Welsh and has two siblings. Brenna is studying Kinesiology and plans to coach after graduation.
