2020-21: Starting in all 17 games played for the Lady Jackets, Lily averaged 6.2 points per game. She was third on the team in assists with 17. She had a season-high 14 points versus Dallas Christian and a season-high nine rebounds at Hardin-Simmons.

2019-20: Starting in 24 of 26 games for the Lady Jackets, Lily averaged 8.8 points on the season, scoring 221 points in 705 minutes.  She shot a blistering 44% from the floor and 43% on three-pointers, including a 77% mark from the free-throw line.  She dished out 33 assists, nabbed 49 steals, and collected 75 caroms for the year.  She scored a season-high 17 points on five three-pointers at Dallas Christian.  At the end of the season, Lily was named an All-Conference honorable mention.

2018-2019: Started in 15 of 26 games played in for HPU averaging 5.9 ppg and 2.0 rpg. She scored a season high 27 points versus Sul Ross State.

HS: Lily is a 2018 graduate of La Vernia high school in La Vernia, Texas. As a three-time All-District selection, Lily helped lead her team to a district championship. A member of the National Honor Society, Lily was a Academic All-State selection. She was also member of the softball team for three seasons.

Personal: She is the daughter of Kerry and Ricky Janek and has two siblings. She is majoring in Kinesiology.
