2014: Micah led the Lady Jackets with 156 kills, recording double digits in kills six times as a freshman. She added 10 service aces and 104 digs to her totals for the year.

College- Played basketball at Division I - UT-Arlington in the 2012-13 season seeing action in 12 games. Attended Tarleton State University but did not play in 2013-14.

HS- She is a 2012 graduate of De Leon High School in De Leon, Texas. There she earned four letters in volleyball, four in basketball, four in track, and four in softball. In volleyball, she was named team offensive and defensive player of the year, and was a first team All-District selection as a senior. 

Personal- The daughter of Gregory and Jennifer Cisneroz, she is majoring in Exercise and Sport Science and has two brothers and one sister.
