Kaity Wade accepted the cheerleading head coaching position at Howard Payne in the summer of 2024.

She gained extensive experience as a cheerleader while attending Tarleton State University, while helping guide TSU to a 2nd place finish at the National Cheerleaders Association DII Championships.
 
Wade’s coaching background includes being a program director for Seal Cheer Zone All-Star Teams and previously serving as an instructor for the National Cheerleaders Association.
 
Kaity is married to her husband, Tim Wade.
