Troy Drummond began serving as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Operations in the summer of 2013 after serving as the head men's basketball coach for four seasons. In the summer of 2014, he was promoted to Associate Director of Athletics.

Drummond in the Spring of 2021 transitioned away from coaching basketball to better serve in administrative duties.

Along with his duties as  women's and men's golf coach, Troy works with the Director of Athletics and all head coaches on facility needs for all home contests. He assists in preparation of facilities for all home contests and helps supervise and coordinate game administration assignments.

While overseeing the athletic department's charter travel needs, Troy also organizes the annual HPU's golf tournament during the HPU Sports Alumni Weekend.

Drummond loves playing golf and spending time with his family and wife Mandy. Troy has four children, sons Garett, Grant, and Tee, and daughter Lauren.
