Cazad Scores Four In 4-3 Win Over UDallas

BROWNWOOD, Texas - Howard Payne University forward Shane Cazad scored four goals in a 4-3 non-conference win over the University of Dallas Saturday afternoonn.

HPU's Shane Cazad scored goals in the 11th, 49th, 55th, and 62nd minutes to give the Yellow Jackets a 4-3 win over UDallas.

Fellow Yellow Jacket forward Jaime Benitez assisted on two of Cazad's goals. Joseph Gardner assistant on another with one Cazad goal unassisted.

UDallas tied the match at 1-1 before the break, but Cazad's three in the second gave the Jackets the lead for good. Kyle Huesing played all 90 minutes in goal for HPU recording three saves.

HPU improves to 2-1 overall and UDallas stays winless at 0-2. The Jackets will play next on Friday in Brownwood against conference opponent East Texas Baptist University.
