Box Score TYLER, Texas - The No. 5 seed Louisiana College Lady Wildcats hit 11 three-pointers, en route to an 83-67 upset-win over No. 4 seed Howard Payne in the American Southwest Conference quarterfinals.

As a team, Howard Payne (16-10) made 30-percent of its three's on the season, but went 0-for-10 from downtown on the night.

Louisiana College (16-10), the league's three-point leader this season, stuck with the gameplan that got them to the postseason.

The Lady Wildcats shot 46-percent from beyond-the-arc, making seven in the first half, resulting in a 45-37 lead at the half.

The Lady Jackets pulled to within two points (52-50) with 14:23 remaining, but LC would close out the game on a 31-17 run, pulling away to win 83-67.

Howard Payne's Danyel Bradley scored 19 in the loss, while Sarah Van Remmen added 12 points and nine rebounds. Kalin Hanna had five blocks to finish with 89 for the season.

Kaci Willis led the Lady Cats with 21 points, eight rebounds and four steals. Four other Lady Wildcats scored in double-digits, including Neka Jones who finished with 17 points in the win.

Howard Payne, who defeated LC twice during the regular season, finishes the year at 16-10 overall and Louisiana College stands at 16-10 overall.
