CLARKSVILLE, AR - The Howard Payne men's soccer team gave up a goal in the 79th minute and fell 1-0 on the road to conference opponent University of the Ozarks Saturday afternoon.

The Yellow Jackets would be outshot 15-4 in the match and 6-0 on shots on goal by Ozarks.

Ozark's Travis Leach scored the game winning off a throw in from Thomas Mills in the 79th minute.

Allan Chehadi played all 90 minutes in goal recording five saves and allowing the one goal. Alex Sanchez had two shots, Shay Pate had one and Collin Salyers had one for the Jackets.

Howard Payne is now 3-9-1 overall and 1-7-1 in American Southwest Conference play. Ozarks stands at 7-5-3 overall and 4-2-1 in conference action. Howard Payne will play next on October 29th at home versus Belhaven University.
