BROWNWOOD, Texas - The Howard Payne University men's tennis team fell 9-0 to Southwestern University Tuesday in non-conference action at the Nabers Tennis Center.

The Yellow Jackets struggled versus the veteran Southwestern team and would start the day dropping all three doubles points. 

Howard Payne went on to fall in all singles matches in straight sets.

Howard Payne is now 1-11 overall and Southwestern stands at 5-5 on the year. The Yellow Jackets will compete next on Wednesday at home versus the University of Texas at Dallas starting at 4:00 pm.
