CONWAY, Arkansas - The Howard Payne University Lady Jacket soccer team fell on the road this afternoon against the Hendrix College Warriors 4-0.
Howard Payne would have opportunities in both periods to score but was unable to find the net. Down 1-0 at the break, Hendrix would score three goals in the second period while out shooting Howard Payne 13-9 overall and 10-5 in shots on goal for the match.
Kaitlyn Harrison once again led the Lady Jackets in shots shooting two out of the nine overall shots. Goal Keeper
Delaney Castor was able to out stat Hendrix, ending the game 6-5 in saves.
Howard Payne is now 0-3-0 in the season, while Hendrix College is 3-2-0 overall. The Lady Jackets will play at home this week at 2:00 P.M. Thursday against the University of Texas at Tyler. All home matches are played at Citizens National Bank Field and admission is free.
