ABILENE, Texas - The Howard Payne University men's tennis team spent the weekend at the 2018 American Southwest Conference Fall Individual/Double Championships hosted by McMurry University.

On the singles side, Howard Payne competed in the "A" flight with Gabe Benitez, "B" flight with Dominic Denardo, "C" flight with Ben Blanchard, "D" flight with Albert Hernandez, "E" flight with Rudy Perez, "F" flight with Tevin Stevens, and the "G" flight with Tyler Dingle.

On the doubles side, Benitez and Hernandez played in Flight "A", Blanchard and Denardo played in flight "B", and Perez and Stevens played in flight "C".

The Yellow Jackets will compete next on Sept. 28-30 at the ITA Regionals in Abilene, Texas hosted at Hardin-Simmons University.
