BROWNWOOD, Texas - The Howard Payne University women's tennis team fell 9-0 to LeTourneau University Friday afternoon at the Nabers Tennis Center.

Debuting many new players, the Lady Jackets would drop all three doubles points 8-1, 8-1 and 8-0 to start the match.

Erin Blanchard had the most competitive match of the day falling in number three singles 1-6, 6-1, 3-10. 

Erin McCleer fell 6-1, 6-3 in number one singles and newcomer Kaylee Todd fell 6-1, 6-3 in number four singles.

The Lady Jackets are now 0-4 overall on the year and will play next on Saturday at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas at 4:00 pm.
