ABILENE, Texas - The Howard Payne University women's tennis team finished its two-day road trip with a 9-0 conference loss at Hardin-Simmons University Saturday afternoon.

The Lady Jackets dropped all three doubles points to start the day with the number one doubles team of Erin Blanchard and Erin McCleer playing the best with an 8-2 loss.

Blanchard narrowly missed picking up the number three singles point falling 7-6, 7-6 to Kyra Mobley of HSU. 

Howard Payne will play next at home versus Sul Ross State on Saturday, April 13th at 10:00 am.
