BROWNWOOD, Texas - The Howard Payne University women's tennis team fell 9-0 to Texas Lutheran University in the Lady Jacket home opener this Saturday afternoon at the Nabers Tennis Center.

Howard Payne would drop all three doubles matches 8-3 in number one, 8-3 in number two and 8-0 in number three doubles play.

In the end, the Lady Jackets fell in straight sets in all the singles spots in the 9-0 TLU final.

The Lady Jackets will play next on Sat., Feb. 15th in Hobbs, NM versus the Univ. of the Southwest. It will be a 10:00 am start time.
