BROWNWOOD, TEXAS – The Howard Payne University men's tennis team fell 0-9 against Hardin Simmons University on Saturday.
Hunter Green and
Micah Hunter battled for a close match, falling short 5-8 against Josh Lopez and Davyn Williford in number two doubles.
In number two singles,
Ashton Stevens fell 3-6, 4-6 to Desmond O'Shea.
Dominic DeNardo fell to Josh Lopez 5-7, 0-6 in number four singles.
The Yellow Jackets are now 0-10 on the season. The Jackets will play again on Wednesday, March 21st at 2:00 p.m. versus the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Brownwood, Texas.
