BROWNWOOD, Texas- This afternoon was the Howard Payne University Lady Jackets' senior day and their last game of the season. They fell to the UT Dallas Comets 3-0.
 
The Lady Jackets sets versus UTD ended by the scores of 25-9, 25-13, and 25-11.
 
Leading the Lady Jackets in digs was Riley Brittain with nine digs and one block. She was followed by senior Mitsue Rodriguez with eight digs, also leading the team with four kills. Senior Kaitlyn Elsten led in assists with 14. Rylee Spencer and Jaiden Albright had one ace each on the game.

The HPU Lady Jackets fought hard this season, ending the 2022 season 3-23 overall, and 1-15 in ASC conference play.
