Yellow Jackets Drop Road Match

HOUSTON, Texas- The Howard Payne Yellow Jackets fell to the Houston Christian University Huskies 6-0 this evening.
 
During the first half of the game, the Huskies were able to get four goals, leaving the score 4-0 at half time. The second half of the game, the Yellow Jackets defense only allowed two goals. HPU's goalie, Eduardo Flores, was in goal for all 90 minutes of the game with four saves.
 
Howard Payne took a total of three shots. Midfielder Alexander Paz, shot a total of two, and forward Daniel Hernandez shot one on goal.
 
The Yellow Jackets are now 2-3-2 on the season. This Saturday, Sept. 24th, the Yellow Jackets will be back in Brownwood for a home game at 3:30 pm. HPU will face off against Dallas Christian College!
