Box Score CLARKSVILLE, Arkansas - Howard Payne University's Bree Cason picked up her second win of the series at the University of the Ozarks 8-0 (6) in the conference series finale on Saturday.

Fresh off her no-hit victory the day before, HPU's Bree Cason pitched another gem allowing no runs and just three hits.

The Lady Jackets used a six-run fourth inning to blow open the game and gain a 7-0 lead for HPU.

An Alexia Perkkio bunt single scored Maddison Cason in the first to give the Lady Jackets a 1-0 lead.

The six-run fourth was brought on by RBI doubles from Makayla Wesley and Maddison Cason, and RBI singles from McKeanne Saenz and Perkkio. HPU added another run in the sixth on a Maddison Cason RBI to score Saenz.

Maddison Cason finished 3-for-4 at the plate. Madison Forrester, Simonne Sanders, McKeanne Saenz, and Alexia Perkkio each added two hits.

Howard Payne improved to 9-20 overall and 3-16 in American Southwest Conference action. Ozarks stands at 6-25 on the year and 2-16 in league play. The Lady Jackets will play next on Thursday on the road at Arlington Baptist College, a double-header starting at 2:30 pm.
