BROWNWOOD, Texas - The Howard Payne University football team racked up 449 yards of total offense and six rushing touchdowns in a 75-0 victory over non-conference opponent Westgate Christian University.

Gus Charles accounted for 115 yards and two touchdowns on just three catches for the Yellow Jackets. Starting HPU QB Zy Gravitt was 10 of 18 passing for 183 yards and three TDs.

With Derin Jackson and Jacob Roberts also hauling in TD passing in the game, the Yellow Jackets recorded 260 passing yards of their 449 total yards in the game.

Kiante Stoker had two rushing TDs with 30 yards on eight carries. Jyrin Burns, Candelario Barrera, Gage Powell, and Kaleb Harris all recorded rushing touchdowns for the Yellow Jackets.

With six tackles, Jacob Urbina led the HPU defense that held Westgate to just 161 yards of total offense, 23 yards rushing. The Jacket defense forced three Raven fumbles and picked off one pass.
