DALLAS, Texas – The American Southwest Conference today announced the 2024-25 ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete Teams and Howard Payne University's Jaxon Hermesmeyer was named to the team list for men's golf.
 
Playing in 10 tournaments for the Yellow Jackets this season, Jaxon Hermesmeyer averaged 81.6 per round and ended the season ranked #225 in the nation.
 
Student-athletes were nominated by their institution as part of the Distinguished Scholar-Athlete team for each sport.
