DALLAS, Texas – The American Southwest Conference today announced the 2024-25 ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete Teams and Howard Payne University's Parker Hoel was named to the team list for men's tennis.
 
Parker Hoel went 2-10 in singles play for the Yellow Jackets while partnering with River Prado and Gabriel Keeney-McCollough in doubles action. He was a CSC Academic All-District honoree this year.
 
Student-athletes were nominated by their institution as part of the Distinguished Scholar-Athlete team for each sport.
