DALLAS, Texas – The American Southwest Conference today announced the 2024-25 ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete Teams and Howard Payne University's Victoria Ramos was named to the team list for women's tennis.
 
Victoria Ramos went 6-7 overall in single play in the number two spot for the Lady Jackets. She partnered with Hannah Lightner in number one doubles action, going 8-6 on the year. She was a CSC Academic All-District honoree and received HPU's Outstanding Upper Division Student in Biology award this year.
 
Student-athletes were nominated by their institution as part of the Distinguished Scholar-Athlete team for each sport.
