2010- Lauren scored two goals and had a team high eight assists on the year. She was among the ASC leaders in assists. She was named Third Team All-ASC, Academic All-Conference and to the ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete team.

2009- Lauren started in all 18 games for the Lady Jackets racking up 1488 minutes for 3rd most on the team. She led the team with 4 assists and was 3rd on the team with 3 goals with 10 of her 24 shots on goal. She was also named to the 2009 Fall ASC Academic All-Conference list along with the 2009 Fall ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete team with a GPA of 3.95.

2008- Lauren was tied for most assist on the team with 9. She wasn’t only a passer though scoring 5 goals of her own. She started all nineteen games for the Lady Jackets and ended up being named Honorable Mention All-Conference as a Midfielder.

HS-At Midlothian high school Lauren was a four year starter. She was named 1st team All-district three times and was honored in the TASCO Senior Showcase and as Academic All-State her senior season. Her high school team was one of the most successful in Texas, Area Finalist (2004), Regional Finalist (2005), Regional Quarterfinalist (2006), and Regional Semi-Finalist (2007). Lauren was also involved in cross country and her team was a Regional Quarterfinalist two years and a State Finalist one year. After graduating from Midlothian in 2007 she spent one year at Navarro JC before transferring to Howard Payne.

Personal-She is majoring in Elementary Education and plans to teach after graduation. Lauren is the daughter of Angelina and Doug Hankins and has one brother and one sister.
