Biography

2016-2017: Named to the ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete team, Jada started in seven of 24 games played in for the Lady Jackets, Jada Evans averaged 4.4 ppg connecting on 46.3% of her shots. She recorded a season high four steals versus Schreiner and is a two-time Academic All-Conference selection.

2015-2016: Evans averaged 8.2 minutes per game while appearing in 19 games for Howard Payne. She had a season high 17 points during a 67-57 victory over Louisiana College. Jada also received All-Academic Honor Roll recognition from the ASC.

2014-2015: She started 6 of 25 games for Howard Payne scoring a season high versus East Texas Baptist. She was named Academic All-Conference.

High School: A 2014 graduate of Harker Heights high school in Harker Heights, Texas, Jada was a 2nd team All-District selection her senior year in basketball. She was also involved in track.
