College: Attended Mid Plains Community College before transferring to Howard Payne in 2016. Jackson picked up several accolades during her time at Mid Plains, collecting All-Nebraska Athletic Conference, and NJCAA Region IX Academic Achievement honors. 

High School: A native of Beaumont, Texas, Djimonii played four years of varsity athletics before graduating from West Brook Senior High School in 2014. She participated in Track and Field, basketball, cross country and volleyball. As a basketball player, she picked up first team All-District honors as well as the newcomer of the year award.  

Personal: Jackson was very involved in student government during her team in high school. She served as Class President while also being part of the National Honor Society and the Key Club. She is the daughter of Emanuel and Marsena Alexander and Ray and Felissia Jackson. She has three siblings and is majoring in business.
