2022: Starting in 27 games for the Lady Jackets, Persons finished second on the team with 11 RBI. She tallied 22 hits, 11 runs scored, one double, one triple, and one home run as well. As a fielder, Persons recorded 55 putouts and 11 assists. She was also an Academic All-Conference selection.

2021: Starting in all 31 games for the Lady Jackets, Kiley recorded 26 hits, 16 runs, two doubles, 11 RBI, and a team-high 11 stolen bases. As a fielder, she registered 72 catches, 67 putouts, and five assists.

2020: In a shortened season, Kiley started in all 15 games for the Lady Jackets recording 13 hits. She had two doubles, a triple with 3 RBI and was 4-for-4 in stolen attempts. She is a member of HPU's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and was named Academic All-Conference.

Before HPU: In 2019 at Harding University, she started in 39 of 52 games recording 28 hits and driving in 30 runs. She was 24 of 27 in stolen base attempts.
