Biography

2022: An all-conference honorable-mention selection, Alderete totaled 29 tackles (10 solo, 19 assisted) while also recording 4.5 tackles for loss. Forcing one fumble on the year, he had a season-high five tackles versus Austin College.

2021: An all-conference honorable-mention selection, Aaron played in all 10 games for the Yellow Jackets and made 39 tackles, 2.0 for loss, and 1.5 sacks. He had a game-high 16 tackles against Belhaven. This is his second time receiving all-conference honors.

2020-21: An ASC Honorable Mention Defensive Lineman, Aaron played in all five games for the Yellow Jackets. He registered seven solo tackles and 12 assists for a total of 19 tackles.

2019: Played in all ten games for the Yellow Jackets, recording three solo tackles and 15 assists for 18 total tackles.

2018: Played in all ten games for the Yellow Jackets, recording five solo tackles and 21 assists for 26 total tackles.

HS: Aaron was a three-year letter at John Jay High School in San Antonio, Texas. While he was there, he earned 1st Team All-District honors in 2016 and 2017. He Also participated in baseball.
