Biography

2020-21: Ryan played in three tournaments for the Yellow Jackets, shooting a season-low round of 80 in the second round of The Preview.

High School: A graduate of New Caney High School in New Caney, Texas. Welch was a four year letter winner as well as being involved in FFA. He received 2nd team All District, and All District Academic for the 2018-2019 season, as well as winning 3rd place in District as a team.

Personal: Welch is the son of Charles and Kara Welch and has one sibling. He is a Criminal Justice Major and wants to become a homicide detective after graduating.
